Held in Dublin’s Convention Centre, Pearl provides a complete service including set, room design, lighting, visuals, audio, rigging, and technical production, In addition, design and implementation for an after-show party are supplied.

With over 120 winning companies in the room, our brief is to put in place a programme that recognises all of the winners while keeping the evening interesting and engaging. This is achieved with creativity and the best in event technology.

LED lighting provided just the right ambiance between presentations, working groups, and reportage. This was complemented with a PA system, that included 16 channels of radio mics including headsets and handheld. A dedicated production manager and the technical team delivered a seamless event to our client.

The brief included a design service to create an engaging space that would also be purposeful to a group of 600 delegates at a hotel venue on the west coast of Ireland (Pearl are based in the capital, Dublin on the east coast)

A bespoke scenic and stage area was part of the end result allowing speakers and presenters to be near and in amongst delegates.

Lighting design was to provide the right ambience at the right time throughout the event for presentation, audience interaction, Q&A sessions and report back. An app allowed feedback throughout the event

Pearl also provided a comprehensive content service to include videography, motion graphics, stings and video postcards of the west of Ireland.
