Each AV Alliance Member represents one or more locations within our global network and is granted territorial exclusivity for those. Every applicant for Membership is carefully evaluated to ensure they meet all the joining criteria and are a good fit for the AV Alliance.
- Have been operating successfully for at least 5 years
- Provide services in English
- Able to invoice clients in EUR or USD
- Maintain a professional rental inventory
- Own or operate its own vehicle fleet
- Employ at least five full-time technical experts
- Provide quotations in English
- Own a portfolio of proven project references
- Have warehouse facilities within its operating region
- Provide professionally trained installation and support teams

In order to become AV Alliance Members, applicants must demonstrate both technical capability and operational excellence.

Maintain high technical standards across all projects and service deliveries.
Customer Support
Provide reliable, responsive customer support that reflects the Alliance's reputation.
Professional Representation
Represent the Alliance professionally in every client and partner interaction.
International Collaboration
Actively collaborate with fellow members across borders and time zones.
English Fluency
Communicate fluently in English in all international contexts.

Initial Inquiry
Submit an initial inquiry to express interest in AV Alliance Membership.

Qualification Review
The AV Alliance reviews the received information to check whether it meets the eligibility criteria.

Application Form
Qualified applicants are invited to complete a official application form.

Evaluation by the AV Alliance
Your application is evaluated in detail by the Board of the AV Alliance in light of the joining criteria.

Site Assessment
Representatives of the AV Alliance conduct a pre-arranged site visit to your facilities in the location you applied for.

Board Decision
The Board of the AV Alliance makes a well-informed, final decision on your application.

Membership Onboarding
Successful applicants are welcomed into the global AV Alliance network.
Site Assessment
If an application progresses, the General Manager and a Member of the AV Alliance Board conduct an on-site assessment of the location applying for Membership.
During the visit, representatives review
- Warehouse facilities & equipment inventory
- Offices
- Operational capabilities
- Management team
- Overall readiness to represent the AV Alliance
Location-Based Membership
Per-Location Evaluation
Applications are evaluated on a per-location basis. Each location applying for Membership is assessed independently.
Independent Qualification
The location applying must independently satisfy all Membership requirements — group Membership does not automatically confer eligibility.
Territory Representation
Membership represents a specific operating territory. Members are the Alliance's representatives within their respective regions.
Check Your location
The AV Alliance allows only one Member per location. Before submitting an application inquiry, check the location with which you wish to apply to see whether it is currently open or already taken within the AV Alliance, or subject to individual assessment due to distance, for example.
