About the Open Position
AV Concepts is accepting applicants for the position of Project Manager.
We know that our client relationships are in the hands of exceptional individuals, and our project managers hold the keys to our ongoing success by driving the client experience. They are the go-to people that manage critical client expectations and deliverables, and we are looking for the right candidates that are not only technical but love working directly with the decision makers to deliver an experience that defines success. Our technical teams openly share information with the account teams (and vice versa) to deliver a unified solution. Strong internal and external communication skills are qualities we seek within our project managers, along with great organizational and technical skills.
This person’s primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the show or event, from pre-planning to execution to post-show. Also to include but not limited to: organizing equipment, venue requirements, and all final invoicing arrangements. We also rely heavily on our project managers for feedback on inventory and personnel decisions to ensure we always have consistency with the demands of our clients. Only those with a proven track record of staging and events industry experience will be considered.
