For AV Alliance the term event logistics compromises two areas: First of all, it relates to all logistical efforts to bring the right equipment and the right event staff to the location of the live event. Second, it refers to all logistical efforts on the spot during a meeting, conference or any other type of event. The local or onsite event logistics include, for instance, the management of the visitor flow as well as the coordination of operations during the event, in accordance with the agenda or program.

With more than 100 warehouses in our global network, the AV Alliance has the advantage of being able to provide the necessary equipment close to – or even directly at – your event location. We take care of our equipment and stock only the highest quality audio visual gear and event technology equipment. Our members having their own fleet of trucks and delivery vehicles, as well as their partnerships with experienced shipping companies, ensures timely and secure delivery.
