Our members take care of the smallest details of your event, from the planning phase through full project management to perfect execution.

Many of our AV Alliance Members provide all the required event planning and administrative work that a live event requires. This includes planning for all required technicians and the AV equipment to be available and ready during the assigned slots, managing the audience, guests, speakers and everything behind the stage.
