In Buenos Aires, at the Hilton Hotel in Puerto Madero, in June 2018, we completed the challenge of adapting a World Congress to the local venue.
From the aesthetics of the main room, breakout rooms and foyer to the hospitality areas, we were responsible for all audiovisual requirements and the construction sets according to the brand identity.
The main stage backdrop contained two 16:9 screens projected with 12K Full HD projectors. Every audience table had CPUs and monitors installed for attendee training.
The Simultaneous Translation System, a Digital Infrared DIS System, allowed the audience to communicate in three different languages.
The rigging, lighting and audio system, including Shure ULXD microphones, suited the whole project.
For the breakout rooms we also designed the backdrop set and stage, graphics, and all required audiovisual and CCTV systems.
