The ASTRAZENECA CONVENTION 2026 took place in Rome from January 12 to 15, delivering a coordinated experience across Roma Convention Center La Nuvola, Hilton Rome Airport, Sheraton Golf Parco de’ Medici Hotel & Resort and Roma Lifestyle Hotel. The project was fully managed by TC Group, which deployed a team of 53 specialized technicians under the direction of a Technical Director to ensure seamless operations across five simultaneous locations.
The main venue served as the technological hub, featuring a large immersive LED wall, a professional three-camera control room with remote units, and an advanced lighting design that enhanced both stage impact and audience engagement.
The convention extended beyond plenary moments into high-end experiential environments. The “Forum Dinner” combined architectural lighting, multimedia totems, high-brightness projection, and a refined audio setup to create an elegant and immersive atmosphere, while the DJ set area introduced a more energetic dimension through dynamic lighting effects, haze, truss structures, and a powerful distributed sound system.
Secondary venues were equipped with standardized audiovisual and staging solutions, ensuring visual consistency and operational efficiency throughout the event. The result was a cohesive, technically flawless multi-venue experience that reflected innovation, precision, and reliability at every touchpoint.
