The G7 Summit Italy, held in Puglia from June 13 to 15, 2024, was one of the most anticipated institutional events of the year. The summit brought together Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Pope Francis, Heads of State and Government of G7 and Outreach countries, international organization representatives, and EU leaders.
It took place across prestigious locations including Borgo Egnazia in Fasano, Nuova Fiera del Levante, Castello di Brindisi, Grottaglie, and Bari and Brindisi Airports.
TC Group acted as Technological Partner, managing all AV, lighting, LED, and simultaneous translation services across six locations for 18 days, coordinating 80 technicians. The team handled highly complex logistics and protocol requirements, including the BOSCH Dicentis system for presidential tables and 11 simultaneous translation booths.
Special highlights included the USA–Ukraine bilateral meeting between Presidents Biden and Zelensky. The event achieved flawless execution, providing reliable communication and streaming to global audiences, earning praise from the Organizing Secretariat for professionalism, problemsolving, and seamless teamwork.
