Streamliner Productions partnered with Bastion to deliver the Xbox Series X Global Launch in Queenstown, transforming the lakeside town into “Greenstown” for a globally broadcast event.
The project combined a 10-metre-high floating Xbox installation on Lake Wakatipu with projection mapping across central Queenstown and a citywide lighting transformation in Xbox green.
The production included a five-camera broadcast system with drone coverage and live crosses to the Sydney studio, where each cross revealed a new game trailer.
