Was sind Deine Aufgaben
- Koordination der Projektplanung und Ausführung von komplexen und anspruchsvollen internationalen Installationsprojekten
- Eigenverantwortliche Ausführungs- und Werkplanung von medientechnischen Installationen
- Erstellung von Layout- und Detailplänen, Blockschaltdiagrammen und weiterer technischer Dokumentation
- Erstellung von Termin- und Bauzeitenplänen
- Durchführen von internen und externen Projektmeetings
- Koordination und Abstimmung mit dem Kunden und Nachunternehmern
- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit der kaufmännischen Projektleitung, Bauleitung, Einkauf & Logistik
- Kontinuierliches Projektreporting
Was erwarten wir von Dir
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Medien- oder Veranstaltungstechnik
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Fachplaner – idealerweise im Umfeld der Festinstallation
- Gute VectorWorks-Kenntisse
- ConnectCAD-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Project und MS Office
- Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft, mit uns und für Deine Projekte um die Welt zu reisen

What your tasks are
- Coordination of project planning and execution of complex and demanding international installation projects
- Independent implementation and work planning of media technology installations
- Creation of layout and detail plans, block diagrams and other technical documentation
- Creation of schedules and construction schedules
- Conducting internal and external project meetings
- Coordination and coordination with the customer and subcontractors
- Coordination and cooperation with the commercial project management, construction management, purchasing & logistics
- Continuous project reporting
What we expect from you
- Completed training or studies in the field of media or event technology
- At least three years of professional experience as a specialist planner – ideally in the field of fixed installations
- Good knowledge of VectorWorks
- ConnectCAD knowledge desirable
- Safe handling of MS Project and MS Office
- Communication and contact skills as well as very good German and good English skills
