Acquiring MAAVS

In September 2025, Panavid,acquired AV Alliance Member Michael Andrews Audio Visual Services (MAAVS). This strategic acquisition brings together two organizations with shared values, complementary strengths, and a commitment to exceptional client service. Together, the combined company deliver a broader product offering, deeper industry expertise, and expanded services to clients across various markets, as well as the benefits of an enhanced AV gear inventory, scenic and custom build offerings, as well as stronger integration and installation capabilities.
