The ASTRAZENECA CONVENTION 2026 took place in Rome from January 12 to 15, delivering a coordinated experience across Roma Convention Center La Nuvola, Hilton Rome Airport, Sheraton Golf Parco de’ Medici Hotel & Resort and Roma Lifestyle Hotel. The project was fully managed by TC Group, which deployed a team of 53 specialized technicians under the direction of a Technical Director to ensure seamless operations across five simultaneous locations. The main venue served as the technological hub, featuring a large immersive LED wall, a professional three-camera control room with remote units, and an advanced lighting design that enhanced both stage impact and audience engagement.

The convention extended beyond plenary moments into high-end experiential environments. The “Forum Dinner” combined architectural lighting, multimedia totems, high-brightness projection, and a refined audio setup to create an elegant and immersive atmosphere, while the DJ set area introduced a more energetic dimension through dynamic lighting effects, haze, truss structures, and a powerful distributed sound system. Secondary venues were equipped with standardized audiovisual and staging solutions, ensuring visual consistency and operational efficiency throughout the event. The result was a cohesive, technically flawless multi-venue experience that reflected innovation, precision, and reliability at every touchpoint.

The 42nd ANCI Annual Assembly took place in Bologna from November 12 to 14, 2025, bringing together over 20,000 participants, 14 Ministers, and 90 speakers. The event, a key moment for Italian local administrators, focused on strategic issues for the future of municipalities, combining institutional debates with a strong digital presence: more than 45,000 unique users followed the live streams.

TC Group managed the entire audio-video-lighting and IT infrastructure, coordinating 55 onsite technicians. The setup included a plenary hall with a 43-meter LED structure, an advanced control room with 4K cameras, 14 collateral rooms, and 10 internal booths, along with state-of-the-art audio and lighting systems. The technical complexity was successfully handled, ensuring safety, reliability, and uninterrupted streaming, delivering a smooth and engaging experience for all participants and stakeholders.

The 2025 Commercial Kick-Off of Plenitude took place in the heart of the Chorus Life Smart District in Bergamo, a symbol of urban and energy regeneration. This highly symbolic and strategic event shared the company’s goals, visions, and challenges for the new year with the entire commercial team, highlighting Plenitude’s tangible commitment to the energy transition through an integrated model of renewable energy, energy sales, and electric mobility.

WALKin, the Corporate Business Unit of TC Group, selected as the technology partner by the agency Elephase Srl, provided cutting-edge technological solutions and highly collaborative support. Thanks to smooth coordination with all stakeholders, the team transformed the company’s strategy into a dynamic and engaging narrative, emphasizing innovation, sustainability, and collaboration.

The G7 Summit Italy, held in Puglia from June 13 to 15, 2024, was one of the most anticipated institutional events of the year. The summit brought together Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Pope Francis, Heads of State and Government of G7 and Outreach countries, international organization representatives, and EU leaders. It took place across prestigious locations including Borgo Egnazia in Fasano, Nuova Fiera del Levante, Castello di Brindisi, Grottaglie, and Bari and Brindisi Airports.

TC Group acted as Technological Partner, managing all AV, lighting, LED, and simultaneous translation services across six locations for 18 days, coordinating 80 technicians. The team handled highly complex logistics and protocol requirements, including the BOSCH Dicentis system for presidential tables and 11 simultaneous translation booths. Special highlights included the USA–Ukraine bilateral meeting between Presidents Biden and Zelensky. The event achieved flawless execution, providing reliable communication and streaming to global audiences, earning praise from the Organizing Secretariat for professionalism, problemsolving, and seamless teamwork.
