The General Sessions Featured 12 total languages that were streamed across four sessions. We also had two camera directors, for the show and for streaming. With five manned cameras, the stream camera director had some creative shots using a mix of the cameras, that helped the audience feel like they were there with the use of the two handheld cameras that were helping film the audience. The energy didn’t stop inside the conference hall. One of the most unforgettable highlights was the A-list outdoor concert, which gave guests a chance to celebrate, connect, and experience the brand in an entirely new way. The combination of state-of-the-art production, immersive activations, and electrifying entertainment ensured that this wasn’t just an event—it was an experience.

At the Salt Palace, we created a stunning General Session stage, where key presentations took center stage in front of thousands of in-person attendees. Our team also designed and built the Terra Talks stage, a unique space that fostered deeper conversations and community engagement.

Beyond the sessions, we crafted an unforgettable Marketplace experience, a massive retail space filled with exclusive dōTERRA-branded merchandise. Every element of the store was thoughtfully curated to reflect the brand’s essence, making it more than just a shop—it was an immersive brand experience.
