Sound & Light Professionals | Mumbai, India
Our Mumbai-based member company SNL Pro provided lighting and truss and rigging services for the rally of Maharashtra state’s Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on the occasion of the major Hindu festival Dussehra, which fell on October 5th this year. The rally took place at Mumbai’s MMRDA Grounds and hosted almost 300,000 people. Check out some of the event’s photos below!
Smart Choice Audiovisuais | Porto, Portugal
Portuguese AV Alliance member shared news of its involvement with the international conference “The Future of Social Enterprise”, organized by the António Sérgio Cooperative for the Social Economy (CASES). The event took place two weeks ago at the Convento de São Francisco in Coimbra, Portugal, and Smart Choice was responsible for the audiovisual production of the entire conference. satis&fy | Karben & Berlin, Germany
For the second time, AV Alliance member satis&fy provided full AV services for the EMOTION.award 2022 in Hamburg on October 5th. The award gala, which took place at the Curio-Haus Hamburg and hosted 350 guests, honored women that have achieved significant professional accomplishments and are an inspiration to the community.
Novatech Creative Event Technology | Underdale, Australia
As the Northern Hemisphere is slowly saying goodbye to outdoor festivals with the onset of autumn, Down Under everything starts to warm up again! For the first time, the wine and music festival Grapevine Gathering came to South Australia last week, and our local AV Alliance member Novatech provided AV technology to the event that celebrated the best fine wines with a line-up of local and international artists at Serafino Wines McLaren Vale.
Dorier SA | Geneva, Switzerland
Speaking of wine festivals, here on the Northern Hemisphere AV Alliance member Dorier SA contributed to making the Nyon Wine Festival a reality last week in the La Côte region with an elaborate and stunning video mapping solution that depicted the story and artistry of local winemaking. MoSound Events | Nairobi, Kenya
At the Magical Kenya Travel Expo 2022, which took place last week, our local member MoSound Events created the booth for Qatar Airways, which showcased QVerse, the airline’s first-ever VR Metahuman Cabin Crew, for the first time. Our Arizona-based AV Alliance member AV Concepts has been the in-house AV provider of the Phoenix Convention Center for the past 23 years, which almost half as long time as the PCC has existed, given that it celebrated the 50th anniversary of its groundbreaking ceremony last week. Congratulations to both the PCC and AV Concepts for such a long-standing and fruitful cooperation!
2MG.NET | Buenos Aires, Argentina
Our AV Alliance member 2MG.NET, based in Buenos Aires, was once again present at the International Tourism Fair of Latin America (FIT). This time the team provided the stand of Uruguay with LED screens and a comprehensive sound system.
MAXI Áudio Luz Imagem | São Paulo & Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
MAXI also threw it back last week to the Semesp Hacklab 2022, which took place in the last days of September, and where the team supplied full AV technology at the Golden Hall WTC in São Paulo. MAXI created a “making of” video of their work on this hackathon event, take a look below:
